Fully equipped place, fairly clean, great value. Elegant and new-fashioned unit with an excellent airco, helpful staff. Certainly a great experience for a stopover in Shanghai.

The rooms were all spotless and elegant with an excellent airco, a big bed, as example. It had perfect location so close to restaurant and an excellent coffee shop.

Amazing breakfasts.

The rooms with a comfortable decor. The staff was welcoming and location was favourable. And just off good transport, the terminal and the closest subway station.

The location was good and perfect there, in a' free trade zone' in the middle of a construction area. Further, it was right by the airport for more than one hour, restaurant, and airport terminal.

I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is situated in a convenient industrial area close to the airport, and they offer free shuttle service which made my travels stress-free. The staff were helpful and accommodating, offering room service and keeping the room spotless. There's even a small shop off the lobby where I picked up a few items. The cherry on top was the comfortable bed, which made for a great night's sleep.

I would highly recommend this place to families who value quality service and convenience.

Staff at hotel reception do not speak English

The location is great for exploring Shanghai. It's 15 minutes drive from the airport.

I had a wonderful stay at Vienna International Hotel. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including tasty pastries and eggs. The classical music-themed room added a nice touch to my experience. The airport shuttle service was outstanding, as they picked me up at 2am and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and attentive service.

The distance to the airport is optimal

A little noisy due to the construction work around the hotel. The breakfast buffet is a little lean.

I had a wonderful stay. It was fabulous base for traveling to Shanghai, I was glad to stay there. The restaurant was good with delicious food, I tried delicious dishes.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

Spent Christmas at an airport hotel with decent accommodations. The airport shuttle ran regularly and took less than ten minutes. The hotel staff was helpful and had great customer service. The rooms were comfortable and had all of the necessary amenities including a mini-fridge and toiletries. We enjoyed having a tasty breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi.

The room was on the smaller side with limited space for luggage. The hotel did not have a safe, which was inconvenient.

We had booked 2 rooms with breakfast but were rejected by the staff when entering the breakfast room and left without breakfast!
